Your Compassionate Heart

Summer and Winter are both beautiful depending on how you choose to see them.

As 2014 comes to an end, I encourage you to spend some time looking over the past year with a compassionate heart.

Take out your journal and find a few uninterrupted hours to mine your memory for the things that nourished you, inspired you, motivated you, brought you joy, enlivened you and delighted you.

By making a conscious choice to frame the past year in the positive, you will move into the new year feeling kindness towards yourself and you’ll have an uplifted ability to nurture the opportunities for your own growth.

Look at your life with a compassionate heart and find your way to a place that feels free.

I’m wishing you a wonder filled New Year!
